Specifications
The machine is used to cut the metalplate into different length, includes the hydraulic and CNC controlled system.Features of the QC11Y(K) series hydraulic (CNC) plate shears :
1.Full steel welding structure which has enough strength and rigidity
2.Series connection of oil cylinders make it has good synchronous performance,the shearing angle can be adjusted and the cutting quality is high.
3.Adopt the rolling clamp guide rail ,so that not only can ensure the stable operation of tool rest,but also can realize quick adjustment of tool blade clearance.
4.Tool rest travel can be adjusted steplessly, so as to improves production efficiency.
5.The backgauge device can be moved quickly and can be positioned accurately.
6.The CNC plate shearing machine can control X-axis,can also can control X-axis of backgauge with several auxiliary functions. The CNC systemDAC-350,or DAC310 E-20 are used for the machine.
